Furthermore, coming from 30 years of concrete flooring background, our expertise lends itself to concrete subfloors as well. We can evaluate the conditions of concrete subfloors and carry out appropriate rectifications before applying the vinyl planks. After going through approximately 10 quotes (maybe more) and meeting at least half of them, I am glad my mum found Ovation and insisted on me to contact them... Got to admit I was exhausted and my text was trying to let them reject me, to my surprise, his reply was non-pushy and sounded genuine to share thoughts and opinions.
During our meeting, everything was very comfortable and non-work-like. They showed me some concepts and pictures of the idea they had in mind which others didn’t (the rest mostly showed me the floor plan), which makes it easier to visualize. They also advise on what should be done and where we can save some cost to keep things within budget.
Fast forward, I signed with them and haven't regretted ever since. Both Ivan and Mark made the process a lot more enjoyable and fuss-free. Ivan is very responsive and responsible. Updating me on the status and was there on site himself to check on the progress. Mark was sharp and gave great advice. Felt like they were more invested in the house than I am (which was great!). Nothing to complain about the workmanship, some small changes here and there which Ivan got it fixed without complaining or pushing back. My house is exactly how I wanted it to be thanks to them!
