Ovation Flooring & Construction Pte. Ltd. is a flooring specialist company in Singapore. We supply vinyl flooring products, and also offer specialised services in vinyl flooring installation, concrete, concreting-related flooring finishes and floor coatings e.g. epoxy and metallic epoxy works.
Over the last decade, we have done more than 250 projects, big and small, in the construction sector. Our workers are well-versed in the areas of concreting, powerfloating, floor hardeners and ramp-up anti-slip indentation works. We are usually engaged in large ramp-up factories project. Defu Industrial City, which has a total of 500,000m2 gross floor area, is just one of the many projects we undertake. The magnitude of the projects we undertake shows the strength and skills of our well-trained workforce.

Besides having our own products, we pride in our ability to provide customised solutions to the homeowners' flooring needs. Combining our expertise in cement and vinyl flooring, we can provide screeding services where necessary to ensure a level floor before overlaying the vinyl planks. Our solutions also extend to flooring beautification, such as metallic epoxy, microcementing and more.

Among our many projects-based works, we have undertaken ambitious vinyl installation projects at new, upcoming estates. At Tampines Street 61 alone, our vinyl team diligently installs vinyl floors for a staggering volume of about 2600 HDB units. Rest assured that our team of trained vinyl installers are knowledgeable and experienced in installing vinyl floors.

At the retail and commercial level, we are also the supplier and installer for our very own vinyl product: 5mm Modern Eco-Lux Flooring (MELF) series. MELF is built of the highest quality and durability. It further comes in 40 different swatches of popular colours and designs, so you are spoiled for choice. Our Interiors team consists of passionate and experienced IDs who strive to create your dream home. We focus on listening first so that we can understand your vision and, probably the most important to every client, your budget.

In addition to the IDs, we have an in-house carpentry division who work harmoniously with our IDs. Since we are able to keep the works in-house instead of hiring a third-party contractor, we pass on the cost-savings while being able to closely ensure that the furnishings meet the design specifications.
Open communication with you is also an integral part in our work. We keep you updated during the renovation stage so that you know how everything is going.
Finally, we will also conduct quality checks to ensure your unit is in good order before handover. With our end-to-end interior design service, you don't need to spend your time worrying about the planning and renovation of your home.
